PROCESSING & DEPLOYMENT 

The Agency will assist in the processing of the travel documents of the selected applicants. They will be made to undergo medical examinations with duly accredited clinics as part of their requirement for deployment.

Arrangements will be made for them to undergo the required Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) and future language and vocational training before deployment at our venues and online.

Then if everything is done, the chosen applicant will be scheduled for ticketing and will be assisted for deployment.

SCREENING AND SELECTION

A thorough selection process will be done to ensure that applicants we present to you will meet the competency and qualifications being required for the job.

At this stage, we confirm the credentials presented by the applicants. After screening, initial interviews will be conducted. If trade tests are required, we will let the applicants undergo them. If chosen, final interviews will be arranged with the employers for the final selection of the workers.

RETURNEE SERVICES

We also process the documents of returning workers who want to renew their contracts with our registered principals/employers.  Top priority is also given to our loyal applicants who have completed their employment contracts with our clients and would like to be placed with another company/employer in the same or different country of their choice where there are open requirements that would fit their qualifications, work experience and other credentials.
